New Adult Program Starting Nov 17th

This Sunday, November 17th we are starting to accept registrations for our new Adult Karate clinic, Caveman Karate this means that our introductory adult Karate classes are now open. 

This Karate fundamentals clinic series is aimed at the beginner level of training. Anyone who has been curious about Karate is welcome to join in. There is no special uniform for this class, just come to train in regular athletic clothing, something that won't restrict your movement.

This 12-Week clinic's focus will be: beginning athletic development through Karate techniques applied on various training equipment, and body conditioning through cooperative partner work with basic Karate techniques. 

Sessions are starting this Sunday, however new students are welcome to join anytime for the rest of this month. The registration cost for this clinic session is: $195 ($65/Month for 3 months dues). Training times are Tuesdays 6:15pm and Sundays 12:15pm.
